Thriving Tuesdays are all about small changes you can make to flourish and thrive.
Today, I am focussing on strengths. Strengths are a way of behaving, thinking or feeling that is authentic and energising to us. We can often take our strengths for granted, known as strengths-blindness.
So at the end of the day, as your are switching off your technology, reflect on what you did today and which activities made you feel energised and possible even in the state of flow we discussed just over a week ago. Chances are you were using one or more of your strengths.
Try doing this every day and see what you discover or rediscover about your strengths.
