Today’s post is about gratitude, as it’s hard to feel grateful and say thank you when you don’t notice or appreciate the good things in life.
Try these simple things over the dinner table each night to generative positive vibes:
- What was the favourite thing that you did or happened to you today?
- Who was kind to you today?
- Who were you kind to?
Over time, as you get familiar with this new habit, it can lead to discussions on why you chose it as the favourite, how it made you feel, what else you noticed, etc.
