We are living in unprecedented times with impacts being felt globally. There has never been a greater need for sharing evidence-based research into practical ways to build your grit, resilience, compassion, optimism, and much more. There is a lot of noise, media driven hype and panic at the moment. This can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious and low on self-compassion. Things aren’t great for many people and businesses at the moment. However, we can’t control what is going on in the world, but we can control how we react to it. So, I will share with you some evidence-based research from positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and other evidence-based disciplines converted in simple and practical advice and actions you can take to move towards flourishing and thriving, no matter what else is going on around you.
