Jenni Harding

Jenni has more than 26 years investment management experience, with the last 24 years working exclusively for start-up and boutique managers such as QED Capital, Jenkins, Viridis, Portfolio Partners and County NatWest. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration), a Graduate Certificate in Change Management and a Masters of Business Administration (Executive). She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

2008 - Jenni established Harbridge

2004 - 2008, founding staff member, Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary for QED Capital, a start-up global equities hedge fund manager

2003 - 2004, Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at boutique equities manager Jenkins Investment Management (now Tribeca Investment Partners)

2002 - 2003, Various corporate, compliance and investment operational roles with the boutique clean energy fund manager, Viridis Energy

1994 - 2001, partner, co-founder and Head of Client & Trust Services at Portfolio Partners (now Aviva Investors)

1988 - 1994, various operational roles prior to to becoming the Client Administration Manager at County NatWest (now Invesco)

1986 - 1988, various investment accounting and operational roles within the investment banking division of the State Bank of Victoria, after several positions with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young)

Jenni is the Managing Director and a senior consultant at Harbridge. In addition to being responsible for the business management, she is the primary contact for clients and potential clients.

She is also the founder of the Australian Hedge Fund Operations Forum (aimed at increasing the operational efficiency of hedge funds and the hedge fund industry) and she performs voluntary work for goodcompany (a not-for-profit organisation providing a meeting place for community and not-for-profit groups and professionally skilled volunteers).
