Jenni Harding

Jenni has more than 24 years investment management experience, with the last 22 years working exclusively for start-up and boutique managers such as QED Capital, Jenkins, Viridis, Portfolio Partners and County NatWest. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration), a Graduate Certificate in Change Management and a Masters of Business Administration (Executive).

In late 2004, Jenni became the founding staff member, Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary for QED Capital, a start-up alternative fund manager. She was responsible for all business operations, investment administration and accounting, management of outsourced services and client service & reporting. Jenni was also responsible for the wind up of QED when it closed its doors in early 2008.

In mid 2003, Jenni moved from Melbourne to Sydney to become Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at boutique equities manager Jenkins Investment Management (now Tribeca Investment Partners).

In 2002, Jenni took on several corporate, compliance and investment operational roles with the boutique fund manager, Viridis Energy (now listed on the ASX).

In 1994, Jenni left County NatWest Investment Management with 7 others to establish and become a partner in Portfolio Partners (now Aviva Investors), heading up the Client and Trust Services area forĀ 7 years. She was responsible for managing the outsourced back office.

Jenni joined County NatWest (now Invesco) in 1988 whilst it was still a boutique, progressing through a number of roles to become the Client Administration Manager.

Prior to this, Jenni worked within the investment banking division of the State Bank of Victoria, after several positions with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young).

Jenni is the Managing Director and a senior consultant at Harbridge. In addition to being responsible for the business management, she is the primary contact for clients and potential clients.
